Cancellation Policy

Failing to attend your appointment reduces your stylists/therapists income.

It's frustrating as late cancellations usually cannot be filled. Last minute cancellations will incur charges, no-shows will also be charged.

Less than 24 hours notice - 50% charge for the appointment booked.
NO SHOWS will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
