OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances are out with our control at times but we ask that our guests consider other guests who do want an appointment and give at least 24 hours, preferably 48 hours so we can try to fill your slot. 


Failing to attend your appointment reduces your stylists/therapists income. 


It's frustrating as late cancellations usually cannot be filled. Last minute cancellations will incur charges, no-shows will be also be charged. 


• Less than 24 hours notice - 50% charge for the appointment booked.

• NO SHOWS will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
